Great place! Love to track the turtles when we get home. We were able to attend Smitty's release. Looking forward to track his movement!
This place is great! It isn't huge, but they certainly make the most of their space. Education center is well laid out. Outside, turtles each have an information sign plus they are watched over by docents who are very good with guests. They do guided turtle walks in the summer, which are proceeded by a discussion on turtle nesting and how to keep the beach turtle-friendly. The center serves a very important purpose!! Please support them.
