This center is a non-profit facility and a great for place for education, preservation and monitoring of one of the world's most active sea turtle nesting grounds. The center acts as a school, providing internships, tours and programs. Plus the park's amenities include a guarded beach, nature trails and picnic areas, but the main attractions are the leatherback sea turtles.

This place is a great safe haven for injured turtles to recoup. The staff and volunteers here do an amazing job looking after these turtles that have usually been injured by boats, fishing lines, or ingesting too much plastic. They help organize beach cleanup events to get some of the trash off the beaches. We would love to visit again and contribute to this great cause!
simple, affordable, lots of information. good sense of environmental support
Wonderful work done there and great people!
Beautiful and clean place. Good way to teach young children about Sea turtles .
The turtles are fascinating, and it’s great to be able to see into the medical center. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and informative.
Really an amazing place to learn about turtle rescue and rehabilitation. Highly recommended place to visit fir all ages!
Awesome remodel going on this project is unreal. The staff at the Marinelife are awesome
Great place to learn all about sea turtles. Everyone there are so nice. They are doing a wonderful job rehabilitating the turtles always plenty to see there
It was okay.. was no educational presentations while we were there. It was nice to see the turtles but it is pretty much self learning place. Gift shops are quite pricey. Staff was basically a herd of high school maybe college age Karens on mask patrol. One of my friends mask was covering her face but didn't wrap around her nose tight enough for one Karen so she made an issue about it and then talked crap about my friend with 5 other of her mask enforcement friends. Definitely not worth the $25 (minimum) I paid for us all To... read more
