I wanted to give a shout out to Mark our server and Mara (?) the manager for the service tonight. There were a few hiccups with our order getting lost and then bringing us the wrong food. BUT! They were very apologetic and made sure we were taken care of and compensated for our time. Very professional. Sometimes things go wrong and sometimes things go really wrong, LOL! But they handled it very well! Thanks so much! As I said to them, “If this is the worst thing that happens today, we’ll call it a good day!”
We just walked out of this place without eating. There were hardly any customers and yet we still had to wait an hour for our food to come. To top it off, EVERY one of our steaks was prepared wrong. I'm not being dramatic; every steak was cooked the exact opposite of how it was ordered. The waitress couldn't have cared less, and all we got from the manager was a weak "sorry" for wasting our time. Was not happy with our experience! Didn’t have the size cut of meat that we wanted, my cup of soup was cold. Should have went to Outback or Texas Roadhouse instead
