My kids and I had a great time at Logan's yesterday. Our server was excellent I can't quite remember her name but she make sure that our food was out on time and even before that she made sure that she gave us our rolls, she gave us our drinks that we ordered she was very kind to my kids, they really liked her. The food was excellent! We will be coming back.

The salmon dinner was delicious the waitress was very friendly and prompt and taking orders in bringing the food out I the food was hot the roles were so good

The manager, Carl Graham is terrible! Rude, sarcastic and snarky comments during our 2/3 visit. He must be burnt out from his 20 years of customer service experience that he was so quick to point out. No need to DM you. I sent my letter to your President/Ceo/corporate mgt online.

Hadn't been to Logan's in 3-4 years and it doesn't compare to our previous experience. The shrooms used to be bigger and more of them! The shrimp was good, the ribs were fall off the bone but the sauce was just not good! The cole slaw was frozen, I could taste ice crystals. The first round of cokes we got were nothing but soda water. My husband said the salmon he got was the best he has ever eaten.

The chicken was actually good. Tasted like it was cooked with the steak my husband order. He said his steak was really good also. However it seemed like the order took a little to long to get but we weren't in a hurry. The staff was very friendly and nice. Of course I will return.

When stopping in for a meal, I always say hi to Jahmal, the main man in the kitchen. He’s always smiling, upbeat, and a perfectionist in getting our steaks and pork chops just the way we ordered them. Our server Britt, was very attentive and efficient in getting our orders perfect. She was very patient explaining our coupons and gift cards. It is fine people like Jahmal and Britt, (and the incredible food) the reason why we love Logan’s Roadhouse.
Always our go to restaurant 😋We have never had any issue with our service or food. Everyone is so friendly ! Oh and the best rack of ribs by far
