I would put three and a half if I could. First time at the Pensacola one and I guess my complaint is that they messed my order. I asked for the fried chicken and I got country fried steak. They were quick to fix my order. It would have been nice to been offered a drink while I waited. I asked for water it would have gone a long way had the management offer a coke etc. They offered no discount even though I was waiting for them to fix the problem. Absolutely fabulous chain restaurant that never disappoints. The Best Value in the Steakhouse business hands down. New York Strip cooked to perfection.

We used to love this place, but the last two times have been disappointing. Last night was awful, they tried to sit us at the worst table, and after I asked for a different table, I was treated badly for the rest of the evening. For example, being left without a drink, while I was eating my meal, for 20 minutes.
