I have ordered twice this week via doordash and it’s been awful. I understand if my food is a little cold but when half of it isn’t even there I got a problem. Yesterday they didn’t give the driver my drink. The driver offered to go back but I didn’t want him to waste his time. Today I did a group order with 2 coworkers. Myself and another veteran went there for Veterans Day for the food both of us really enjoyed what we had highly recommend
We got there and they we not busy at all. Took 10 min. To get our drinks. Asked for more rolls and never got them. Put in a cheese and bacon fry appetizer and it never came out till after our meal. The ribs were burnt and we sent them back. We waited for our bill for way too long. We seen our waitress chatting at the bar right after we asked for more rolls. She was not very friendly and frankly she acted like she didn't have to do anything.
Last night I was in the mood to DoorDash some ribs and they were the quickest ones to be delivered. Ohmygod it was the best ribs I ever had IN MY LIFE! So tender and juicy that the bones were falling out whenever I tried to pick it up so I had to attach them with a fork #worthit 12 out of 10 get the ribs you will not regret it
Double charged my credit card last visit. Ordered medium rare porterhouse comes to the table raw. It will be quite sometime before my family returns. This quality is bad the service and the cooks do not know how to do their jobs. Quality shows very poor. I gave 2 chances after bad service long ago and i see very little has changed.
