There were 8 of us there for a birthday dinner and it took over an hour to get our food, then a burger and fries were cold, sent it back and it came out hard as leather. Steaks were over cooked. 2 of the meals were delivered 15 min after the others, because they were waiting on the sides to cook (they could have brought the sides out later) They ran out of 2 different draft beers and couldn't get the tap into the other keg. Service was horrible, they ended up discounting the entire Bill 25%... we will never come back.

I was totally disgusted when the manager sat down at our booth and said "I need to sit down here because I have gas bad." Really???
I would give this place zero stars. Our waiter was the worst! We waited forever for our drink order and when we finally got our bread we had no silverware, after waiving another waitress down we were told that the kitchen was an hour behind. We left and got exceptional service at McDonalds. We hate make McDonald's but appreciated their great service compared to this place. You know you suck when McDonalds had better service than you.

Knifes dull.. food bland. I'll stick with roadhouse
I like Logans.. but the waitresses seem overwhelmed at times.. It is a fun family atmosphere. Even though many are training please take time with the customer to provide them with courtesy service instead of them feeling rushed. And waiting for drinks and food.

The food was very good the waiter was Awesome but the service as in the wait was too long for us to get a table took hour and a half and for food took another hour and a half. �
