The food here is great, but the service could be a little faster. I came for lunch and had to wait to be greeted, wait to order, and then wait to get my food and it wasn't that busy. Half of my lunch break was spent waiting for the staff.
Delicious, filling food , and prompt, accommodating service. Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is casual. Josh, in particular, is a great server, but the entire staff is great. None of them seem grumpy or distracted.
Very unprofessional. Had a party of 25. Told to get there 1 to 2 hours early so some did to WAIT the rest were coming from out of town some 3 hours away and many 1.5 hours away. We all got there after the WAIT time we were told 10 minutes they were setting up an hour later they could not tell us how long it would be but people were steady going in and out. Logan Roadhouse is awesome, once you get inside of the building from waiting forever. I think we customers should receive a soda, stiff drink,tea, something for wait. I think they should add more rooms for customers. The wait is worth it. Good waitresses and they should earn 15$ in wages or more we patrons can get hyped at times.
Great food. My favorite place to eat.
