It's amazing to me that the lack of professionalism that the staff represents. Cindy's racists antics were tolerated due to a racist culture.
Racist staff needs training
You have racist bartenders Cindy to be exact. She is disrespectful and a disgrace and to have someone like that work for your company you should be ashamed
Fire all your racist help.
Racism should not be a "common" complaint for your restaurant. I'm sure you're more than okay if people of color don't patron your establishment. However, it would be nice if others who don't condone racism would stop. Maybe you'd make diversity training a priority and send a clear message that racism isn't acceptable. Trash begets more trash. I hope that your establishment either learn from this opportunity or die from the unwillingness to address it.
