We went last night (Mother's Day) to the Roseville location. It was the absolute WORST experience ever. There was no wait to be seated, but the wait for our food was ridiculous. We arrived shortly after 8pm and didn't get our food until after 10. On top of that, only 2 of the 7 orders were right. Our waitress, JBullis was very patient and a great person overall. Everything was good except the loaded potatoes skins was horrible I had 2 send them back...

I ordered the surf & turf. The shrimp was dry as a bone and I could hardly see it, they only gave me 2tsp. Of rice pilaf! The turf was tough too! I spent $20 for this crap! I took a picture of my plate but I can't upload it here. It's pathetic looking.

I will never eat here again!! I ordered a carry out with a bacon cheeseburger, chicken tenders and fried pickles. The burger had no cheese or bacon and instead it had a burger and a chicken patty??!! My chicken tenders were all broken up and all of the food was soggy and cold. The food legit looks and tastes like they took leftovers off someones plate and put it in a box. Disgusting!! I will deffenitly be sticking to texas roadhouse.
