Salad was palatable; we both ordered 12 oz ribeyes which were almost half fat and gristle. Very disappointing. My broccoli was way over cooked-like mush. We won’t go back there anytime soon:(

Slow Monday and waited 45 minutes...for 2 salads.

The food wasn't bad except for my sons half rack of ribs it was really bad. Shoe leather on the outside and totally undercooked on the inside. I had the French dip sandwich and it was good but the bread was a bit stale. The staff was quick to make our visit as good as it could be but ya know it's just one of those things. When I spend 50 bucks on a meal I expect better. There's too many other good restaurants in Roanoke for me to go back to this mediocre food.

As an employee of THIS Logan’s for 17 years (I know sooooo long), last night this team and Zach and Becky (the managers) helped me execute a surprise welcome home for a soldiers family. This has been planned for 6 months. The staff help me execute this and it was awesome! They all dove in to make sure this was flawless. I thought Logan’s Roadhouse would be good for dinner. Bad choice. First I got dumped at a table in the bar. Then I ordered a salad that sounded good. Waited a long time all the while watching waitresses eat and drink on the floor. Salad came out and the grilled chicken was between cold and lukewarm. Asked waitress about the temp and it’s suppose to be warm. Manager came over and asked if I wanted another piece of chicken. At this juncture the lettuce is getting warm. 30 minutes+ waiting on our food (2 people) at lunchtime on a Tuesday and then it arrived cold! Waiter was very poor. He spent the entire time we were there texting/playing on his cellphone. We will not eat here again!!
