We ate at Logan's Roadhouse yesterday in Sevierville, TN and the service was the worst thing I've ever experienced. I seriously thought I was being punked and kept looking around & waiting for someone to come out holding a video camera. I kept seeing people get up and leave because they sat there forever without even receiving their drinks. The place was totally understaffed. Tonight, the server was nice and cordial; however, this was the worst meal my family and I have had at a Logans. After waiting for near an hour for a table, not because there were none open but becsuse they didnt have enough servers, we finally were seated. Once our order was served, one of the steaks was supposed to have been cooked medium well but it was extremely red. Slooooooooooooooow service. Food was average. Asked about what was on food, was given bad info. Food allergies were a problem. Cannot recommend
My husband's favorite place to eat! !! They have the best steaks and ribs in Sevierville!!!!!!!!
