Charles is very disrectful. He is the manager here and will talk to you any way that he wants. I just quit from here. Do not work here or eat here. Nothing is cleaned they pick up utensils that fell on the floor and use it again without washing it. So be careful! You've been warned.
We've been going there for quite sometime and keep going back (not too frequently anymore though). I can't say that about the majority of restaurants in Cleveland. I also understand busy times of the day but probably won't be ordering anymore appetizer platters that come out literally a minute before my food does.
This was the best service and food that I have had in a while. My steak was cooked to perfection the shrimp was grilled perfect. We had the Whiskey steak and shrimp awesome. My husband was really impressed with His steak and shrimp as well. Great job.

Waited forever for waiter to come the waiter said he never saw us but was waiting on tables beside us the coffee was cold while taking our order his phone kept ringing never came back until bill time

Had a excellent waitress, she showed us the specials. Which were a Great price. Food was excellent, got food in a timely matter. Have always had good food at this location.

Service was unacceptable. Pretty much ignored. Rolls were cold. When we attepmted to say thank you our waitress just walked away. She would repeatedly check other tables but not ours. Had to flag her down. Then when we asked for something we may or may not get it. I used to love Logans but I will never set foot in here again. When we arrived there were plenty of empty tables yet had to wait 20 minutes to get seated.

Logans Roadhouse IN CLEVELAND, TN is a RIPOFF! They added $10.99 to our bill and said they couldn't take it off since we paid with a credit card! WTF? They could have put $10.99 back on the card! Well, Logan's Steakhouse, I am NOT through with you yet! My wrath will be felt all the way across Cleveland!!! This is absolutely the worst restaurant in town! They are thieves! The cook doesn't well done from medium!
