Went during lunch got seated right away and ordered fairly quickly but potatoes soup was not warm. After we got our food waitress didn't come back by and waited for ever for our ticket. Late getting back to work which is 2 mins down street. Took over an hour for lunch for just soup and salad.

I love it there! My steak usually ends up a degree over done, but they always bring me another one to make up for it. Waitresses are always nice. Hostesses most the time look like they hate their job, but overall still love the place.

We stop at the Jackson branch about once a year and it is nothing compared to Paducah branch. The food was ok and service was decent. Considering there was only 4 cars there, I expected more.
