We Go to Logan's Roadhouse about once a month. We love taking others too. The food is very good, the wait staff are friendly and give us good service.

So I will start with the fact that the service was friendly and fast. However, when I began eating my steak, it was overcooked. After telling my waitress she immediately went to have it fixed. The manager brought it out and greatly apologized for the mistake. He then told me it was on him. Honestly, I thought he would just cover the cost of the steak. No, he covered my whole tab, which was not a cheap tab! THAT is a good manager.

Food was burned and not very good... nobody ate what was brought
We came in for dinner yesterday , we've always loved to eat there , usually have our birthday dinners here , but was very disappointed yesterday, my niece got the brisket nachos , the meat was dry with no flavor , everyone else was almost done eating before someone came to ask if she wanted something different so she said no, my son had maybe 10 fries with his burger that was too "done" , I only got one of my sides . Out of 4 of us , only 1 was satisfied. Very disappointed!!
Good food with a good price, and if you want great service make sure you get Madison as your server!! She is a wonderful server with a bubbly personality and won't disappoint!!
