went there for our anniversary dinner, was told it was a 35 minutes wait, about ten minutes later got a text our table was ready. service was slow ( not very busy as only setting about 1/2 because of covid). wait about 25 minutes then asked our server for my soup I ordered, 10 minutes later she brought my soup. 40 minutes after ordering out steaks came out. ordered medium rare and medium well, they came more like a medium well and well done, very dry and bland and burned. never seen a manager and didn't want to wait for new ... read more

Went Logan's today because Texas Roadhouse was full with a 40 min wait. Logan's had plenty of room ,and no wait, After eating there I now know why. the Salad was lame, the sweet potatoes didn't have brown sugar and tasted dried out. My 16 ounce Ribeye Steak was terrible. very bland not cooked right and presentation was pathetic. We will not be going back, and highly recommend skipping this location.

The place was like watching a sinking ship, the poor lady next to us at the bar ordered a frozen drink. The staff had no knowledge of how to run the blender or slush machine. I finish my whole lunch and the lady next to me just got here drink. Why would you not staff the bar area and where was management????? They should help support their staff, I felt bad for the poor waitress that had no help.

I had to have my New York strip steak sent back because it was way over cooked after asking for it to medium rare. It came back the second time and it is now over seasoned, but was cooked right. on top of that, we were put in a room where they had a good size party going on after we were there for a good 30ish minutes. The problem is that they sat the party in the room to where we had to zigzag out through them to leave. Should have put all of them in a corner area instead of in the middle of the small room to begin with.

made a comment about a drink not being what it was, was told that they had to wait to see if you drink it. Didnt try to fix the issue at all. So your tip would've been about 18.00. Instead ......Zero.
