These tortilla chips are burnt, making them taste like burnt popcorn. Very disappointing.

hostess was very young and not very inviting. waitress was also very young and not very attentive. steaks were undercooked but perfect after being sent back. my suggestion? staff needs more hospitality training but food good.
Service was beyond excellent food came out wrong and still was bad
steak's are delicious, the warm rolls with butter so good!! The rice pilaf and mashed potatoes with gravy so yummy!!
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service and the food was poor also. It took about 15 minutes for our server to appear for a drink order. Another 10 minutes to get our ice teas. Placed our order for lunch, 45 minutes later no food but I saw our waitress and got her attention. She gave us a lame excuse about a couple of large parties on the other side of the hall, waddled back to the kitchen and appeared in less than a minutes with 5 plates of tepid burgers and a tepid ceasar salad. loved the balloon guy!! Missed the peanuts!! We did see a sign that said to ask for them, but we noticed nobody else was eating them and the floor was shell free, so we didn't ask. Maybe ask customers if they'd like the peanuts so there is less pressure. I bet most families would take them! We had a wonderful meal otherwise. Thank You!
