Cold food and bad service
Recommendedwaitress was top of the line good.
I hate leaving a negative review. I always try to handle everything in person and be reasonable with everyone but tonight’s experience was as poor as it gets. The waitress was fantastic in trying to take care of an issue. The manager approached and said “I hear I’m needed”. She was rude from the start and argued instead of listening. Apparently cold chicken and rock hard fries is still considered fresh at this location. Who knew? 🤷🏼♂️
We went in after a long day, tired and hungry. Our waiter Mr Moody yes that’s his name not attitude, took care of us! I mean he took care of us exceptionally well! . We never had to ask for refills, the steaks were perfect, everything that a waiter should do he did before it was ever thought in our head to ask!!! Great food and great service.
I picked it up to go for my husband's birthday. He worked all day and was tired. I live in Elgin. Got home missing half our food. She offers to take half off my meal the next day.. I'm like you want me to spend more money there? Not to mention the food we did get was terrible. I was missing fried shrimp from summer platter and he was missing his salad. Wings were terrible and I had terrible chicken fingers there about a month ago. like a lady said previously looked like someone's scraps. done with this place.

My husband and his Brother ordered the PorterHouse! They are a TBone Not a Real Porterhouse! The Manager didn’t care if we were unhappy! We won’t be Back! My Server Madison was Great!
