Got there and had to wait 10 mins before someone even came up to me. Waited an additional 30 mins after that to pick up my call in order that was suppose to be done in 30. So hour and 10 mins wasted of my life and finally get my food and it’s ice cold. I will never be back! I can understand if your busy but the place was dead. Customer service was terrible and cold food! I definitely will not recommend this place to anybody!
Service was very slow and waitress could not get order right. Her attitude was very bad. She gave us the wrong ticket and credit/debit card to the people at the table and the bill was incorrect and she had to go not once but 3 times and get it corrected. The threw the bill down on the table. She gave one of the people change out of her pocket after she dug through her pills in her pocket. So very unprofessional. my Ribeye was over half of fat.. only has 6 small pieces .. would not recommend going to this Logans .. horrible service, had to ask for refills, napkins . waitress kept saying speak up I can't hear you if shes that hard of hearing she deffinatly doesnt need to be a waitress..
Usually our food is really good, but this last time we went the food was luke warm. We had to ask for rolls. Our waitress was not very attentive to our need for drinks. The marinade sauce for the cheese sticks was cold. The chicken strips my wife ordered were not hot. My steak was chewy and tasted horrible. I try to be understanding so I paid my bill but left quite a bit of food on the table. Not sure we'll be back for a while.

their service has gone to hell waited over an hour for my food then they bring me the wrong steak and it's cooked wrong will not be going back there I would not recommend this for anyone unless you want to wait a long time and get the wrong food

the food was over cooked, this time and last time, the only reason we go is a ten dollar off coupon that comes it the mail. this will be are last time. The first time we went the chicken was bleeding. not worth the ten dollars off anymore.
