Brilliant Steakhouse very friendly staff,will be definitely go again
Ok ladies and gents, I have been a Logans customer for years and years. Love the atmosphere and food. but ya'll really need to understand the difference between a ribeye and a strip. I guess it all depends on who is running the kitchen but there is a HUGE difference between the 2. A med and a mid well are different as well. Last 3 times we have been there, we have had to send our steaks back because they were the wrong cut, then resent them back because the medium was med well and the med well was well done. dang near burnt.... read more
Love their food! It's good comfort food! They know good food plus the wait staff are fast and friendly!
Horrible service. Horrible staff. Waited 1.5 hours for food on a Sunday around 2. The place was not busy. When the food arrived it wasn't cooked correctly, the manager acted as if their was an issue when asking them to re-cook. The waitress completely did not know how to provide adequate service.
It has been my experience that the good food served by Logan's is matched by super service and professional yet friendly and engaging staff. I could not have been more pleased. I felt like I was seated at the kitchen table talking with a friend rather than an employee of a large company. It is the good food that brings me into a restaurant but it is the kind of very good service that I had today that keeps me coming back. Thanks to all the local kitchen, wait staff and mangers who worked to make it very good.
