Worst service I have had in a long time. Sat there for over an hour while the restaurant was not busy. People came in, got their food, ate and left while I was still waiting on a to go order. Had to go up and ask about it. About 10 min later they finally brought it out. The food was wrong (no rolls, even though I made a double order, no topping on the steak, and no bacon on the cheeseburger) and it was cold. We used to love Logan's but today it was terrible.

READ THE SMALL PRINT; The Steak For 2 with Shareable Appetizers a per person price. I missed that and received a bill twice as large as I was expecting. Why not just advertise it as Steak for 2.... $27.98. The Steak for 2 at $13.99 would be a special. At $27.98 it was marginal steak and no real bargain. One other thing, the restroom at this location is always less than satisfactory.
RecommendedCan’t believe you can’t order prime rib except on Fridays, Saturday and Sunday’s! That is not good at all!
Love Logan’s but today was very disappointing. Waited at least 15 minutes before we ever saw a server, we were to the point of seeking help. Had to ask for rolls, refills, clean silverware( it was nasty), napkins and did not receive our salad that was ordered. The salad was taken off the bill but the wings with that same order asked for blue cheese dressing but was served ranch. We were so frustrated with the service we did not really enjoy the food. Please do not call yourself a steakhouse and stop selling steak you over cook the steak every time I come here food is way over cooked especially since I can eat my potato soup with a fork and not to mention ordering bbq ribs and and serve it with no bbq sauce, dry and over cooked .
