My experience was awful. After being seated we waited 20 minutes for our server to comeback and take our order. I was brought my salad that was frankly the best part of our meal. We waited an additional 45 minutes for our order and the food was cold. If my screaming 18 month old hadn't dug his little hands into his cold cinnamon apples and I didn't want to wait an additional undetermined amount of time, I would have sent it back. 40.00 is to much for cold old chicken fingers and cold corn. wait staff was good, food and cooks on the other hand were not. Meat was burnt and basically not edible.

Big shout out to Logan's Roadhouse for denying me and my family dine in services because we refuse to be sheep and wear masks. Even after explaining that we were medically exempt due to having a deaf child they still refused dine in services. Thanks for discriminating against a family with a special needs child. Great job.
Let me start by saying I understand the rules about wearing mask... my problem starts with the fact that when we put our names on the wait list NOTHING was said to my husband about not having a mask on. We waited our 30 mins and when it was our turn to be seated the host tells us we can't be seated without a mask! if it was going to be a problem why was it not stated before we waited for 30mins? its ok though because Logans you just lost our business!!
