I just want to state that the staff at Florence 's restaurant was excellent! I was there on July 15th, and when I got home with my order, I noticed that my sandwich was incorrect. I called the restaurant and explained the matter and they didn't hesitate to offer to correct the order and make sure that I was a satisfied customer! #be the example of great service!

Terrible service. I have never seen a manager at this place. The steak was even hard to cut. They were not busy and now I know why.
Worst food ever! We have a family of 7 and just hoing out to eat is a big deal. So my husband choose this place to eat. We were all very dissapointed. We all had somthing wrong with the way our food was cooked. AND the long island ice tea taset like water down tequilla never will we go there again! Also forgot the person who sat us told us we could throw the shells on the floor. Well after we had been eating them for a few mins another waitress comes by and tells us "there are empty buckets on the table for that"
Great food. Great service. Food came out fast. Server was really nice and kept coming back to check on us.
