Went on a Sunday afternoon when they weren't busy at all, with a group of 10 people. I ordered a bowl of soup, everyone else ordered burgers, meals, etc. They were DONE Eating by the time they brought my soup I had to ask for it to go and they bring back a puny bowl. Was very disappointed, cheated, not to mention hungry
My wife and I stopped yesterday, the waitress was the worst we ever had. My wife wanted medium and she talked her into medium well, it was over well done. My wife would have sent it back, but we never seen her again. When we were done eating (not pleased) still no waitress. My wife spotted her in another room playing on her cell phone. Had the new york strip it was a terrible low quality and full of fat and grizzle i would have been better off buying one from walmart and grilling at home. Boyfriend had ribs was dry and bbq sauce was on light side.
