Logans Crossing is the nicest Manufactured Home Community in Paulding County, and one of the nicest in the whole state of Georgia. The Clubhouse, Pool and Fishing Lake are top notch. It is a family owned community, and the owners and management really care about their business. The community is neat and clean, the homes are all well cared for. They sell and finance new and used manufactured homes, and are willing to work with residents whose credit is challenged.
