Some nurses and doctors don't listen and address the concerns you have. I've had a pediatrician from there tell me to lock my 2 year old in his bedroom all night and don't check on him unless I think he killed himself. .
We have been going here since my boys were born. The staff is so kind, provides the best care and is always willing to answer questions. I highly recommend Logan View Pediatrics.
Logan View gave my 6 year old 1 day off school for bronchitis even after she was admitted into the ER and prescribed medication that made her drowsy. When I asked for a note for the days she wasn't able to get out of bed because of being so sick they told me it was against their policy. So I scheduled a online appointment with my other doctor and they happily gave my daughter those days off that she needed. As a mother I felt they didn't have my daughter's best interest so we will not be going here ever again.
Took my one year old to get checked for COVID symptoms. I was exposed to someone while at work who had it and was put under quarantine. Couple days into being quarantined, my one year old starts showing signs of symptoms. This is the first time he has been sick since he has been born.
