I really liked their prompt notifications/reminders for my appointment. Even the day of my appointment I was notified. I was seen right on time by their friendly staff. Thanks.

Never had a problem with any of the staff. Everyone, including the doctors, are approachable. Not sure about other locations, but it’s hard to find a good and honest doctor/doctors, and this location has just that. So far so good for me.
1st Family dental is always convenient, friendly and professional. The entire staff from the front desk, to the assistants and dentists are reassuring and efficient. My daughter go’s in smiling and comes out smiling brighter every time, she’s greeted with kind customer service and looks forward to her next visit. Leaves with a ballon, fun stickers, kiddie oral package and in greats spirits thanks to all the staff.
I came to 1st Family a few moths ago to find a new provider due to a very unpleasant and very unprofessional service I had at another dentist office in the neighborhoo. First visit wasn’t going to be covered by my insurance but the staff and Dr. I saw didn’t charge me due to the fact I had such an unpleasant experience elsewhere. I left in tears bc i was so shocked that they didn’t charge me! Never had that happen before! The doctor is very knowledge and polite, she listens very well. She's the best doctor I've know.
