I came to 1st Family a few moths ago to find a new provider due to a very unpleasant and very unprofessional service I had at another dentist office in the neighborhoo. First visit wasn’t going to be covered by my insurance but the staff and Dr. I saw didn’t charge me due to the fact I had such an unpleasant experience elsewhere. I left in tears bc i was so shocked that they didn’t charge me! Never had that happen before! a very good experience, I went for a fill in, they took me right away. I wasn't stuck waiting in the room like other experiences at different places. They were very quick with my procedure and pain-free. Love it here!
