First visit, dr has kind & friendly manner & helpful staff. He did thorough study of David’s chart & eyes, finds his glaucoma is in maintenance stage, too much nerve damage for further surgery/help.
The entire staff has been absolutely wonderful, friendly, understanding and patient I went in with an emergency situation, my retina detached and before I could get that fixed I had to have the cataract removed and they got it done within 2 days of my first appointment If you need a good cataract dr I highly recommend them
Dr. Vincent was thorough and walked me through everything. Made me feel very comfortable and assured that all concerns were valid but everything looked great! Didn't feel rushed or like I was just "another head of cattle being pushed through the chute". Very satisfied with his bedside manner and his explanation of everything!
He was very personable and sat down to speak to me directly. My issues and his findings were discussed in detail along with options. Thank .
