Bad communication skills. Won’t return my deposit or my phone calls or my texts. Grow up
I would not put loved seniors or disabled people here. It is neglectful, a nuisance property by the police and the city, and there is a very criminal bullying group here terrorizing other tenants who don't have the strength to take it and just trying to live and deal with their health issues.
The complex I live in under LPM had a manager who did absolutely nothing to enforce the peace and quiet nor did he help with the excessive noise upstairs for me everyday for 5 months! Still nothing has been done, a new manager is starting again, and it's been a nightmare. This is the main problem I have here. The residents are wonderful, the people I've met at corporate are wonderful and I have had no problems with them. Unfortunately, since the manager is unconcerned it never gets to corporate to get dealt with.
I have had the pleasure of renting from Logan Family Properties for the last 6 years. Over the course of our tenant/property management history & relationship they have always gone 'above & beyond' to take care of me & the home that I rent. I rarely feel compelled to write reviews - but felt obligated to give them 5 stars on Google & put into writing my positive experience. I would absolutely recommend renting any Logan Family Property managed listing - they are good people & they take care of their renters.
If you want to live in a state-sponsored drug and cockroach infested apartment, this is the place for you! The manager never does anything and usually he is either OUT or has his door locked!
