Kitchenaid kept telling us our fridge was not under a recall and David said he and his mgr double checked and it was. He even said to call Kitchenaid back again. 3 calls and an escalation to their resolution line and guess what...David was right!! it took three trips to their store and many questions before we finally decided to go with a Speed Queen set (I was not the one who needed the convincing). They were happy to answer all of our questions and did not pressure us in any way. The set was just delivered tiday and those gentlemen had that process down pat! Old set unhooked, hauled out, new set in, set up, dryer door direction switched and out they went in 20mins. Impressive! Technician (David) was prompt, pleasant and capable. Repaired my LG appliances to our satisfaction and we will use Logan again when needed, you should too.
If you are in need of appliances in the Dayton area, Logan Master is the place to go. Excellent customer service and selection. Can't say enough things about how we were treated by Angel!
