RecommendedAbsolutely my "go to store" for any major appliance purchase! I originally found out about this store after my son purchased a dishwasher for his renovated kitchen. I too purchased a dishwasher awhile ago and I couldn't be happier. My next encounter was a washing machine repair. It required more work about 16 months later so I decided to replace it. A part in our fridge went out, I found Logan by Googling because I didn’t want to buy a new fridge. They ordered and replaced the part for a fair price, but it was only partially fixed because ice build-up was blocking the airflow. They came back to fix the ice build-up at no charge. The office manager and technician were both very nice. The tech wore a mask the entire time. I will call them again if we have another appliance issue!
Bought a washing machine. Take it out of box and found water in it. Washing machine doesn’t clean clothes nor fill with water all the way. Called three times and left messages and have yet to hear back from them. I guess they got the sale so no need to take care of customer any longer. Very disappointed. I will be spending more money to buy another washing machine as I believe this is a lemon and was returned to them before.
Eric was helpful in finding us what we needed and delivery personnel were courteous and professional.
I arrived at the office this morning to a dead refrigerator. Looked local and at box stores. Logan Master was very competitive and they have already picked up the old and delivered the new. Thanks for the great service.
came out same day to look at my fridge. it needs replaced so we went to their showroom to look. ended up getting our new fridge from them. very good customer service.
