I don’t recommend living in this place they’ll try to kick you out for stuff u have no control over of . residence isn’t terrible but it’s ran by absolute clowns who never lift a finger except to collect money. Also for anyone living there, those "rent adjustments" they send out, are ILLEGAL. Its pocket money, and theyre robbing you.
After we moved in, we still had to clean up here and there like residue on the fridge and in the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. Once we moved in, I had to call maintenance about our door that wouldn't close right, a hole in the wall, and our toilet was leaking water underneath. As far as the people that also live there, we got lucky where we're at, where it isn't as bad as around back. The people we have to deal with are noisy with letting the door slam all the time.
