I worked with Logan last year to help with sale of my grandmother's home after her passing. This was a tough time for the family to say the least. Logan and his team helped ensure that the process went smoothly from start to finish. He set expectations well, offered helpful feedback, and was very communicative. What I enjoyed most about working with Logan is that he is not only knowledgeable and professional, but genuine and down-to-earth. We had an amazing experience working with our realtor! He helped us sell two very different homes, each with their own quirks, and still managed to get top prices for both. Logan sold our house in early/mid 2025 right when tariff uncertainty really slowed down sales. He did a great job in the negotiation process and really worked hard for my best interest.
