Logan Heating & Air have been my A/C and heating company for 3 years! Meticulous, honest, on time, great communication and friendly, office and technicians and installers. Emergencies are not a problem with them. Love you guys! Wouldn’t use anyone else! I’d be happy to be a reference if you ever need one.
The individual sent to my house arrived punctually, provided useful information, diagnosed and addressed the issue with my system within 30 minutes. The tech was courteous, kind, and very knowledgeable. Will use Logan Heating & Air for all HVAC needs in the future.
Vin was my technician today and he was absolutely wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly, knowledgeable, and overall genuine person to come out to help us when we've been sweltering in the heat without ac for a week. He made sure to explain everything in layman's terms so I could actually understand, was very thorough, and answered questions we had. Had an issue with my garage heater. Making an appointment was easy and quick. Technician was on time and professional. Heater started working before he got there so he couldn’t replicate the problem but he still did a thorough inspection and cleaning getting it ready for the winter. Will definitely recommend Logan Heating & Air.
