I am writing this review since the tech was able to promptly diagnose the problem and get our air conditioning back in working order. I would of liked to have a little more information on the parts that needed to be replaced. The repair was handled efficiently overall, however I would have welcomed more clear updates during the process.
I had an issue with my portable A/C not cooling the room well and once the technician came out it is back to normal.
I compared two separate HVAC duct and vent installation services and was impressed by the thoroughness of the second provider’s assessment of my home’s needs. The amount of detail they used during the installation really made a difference in the air flow efficiency throughout my house.
The guy was slower than expected to do the service and the new thermostat is working so much better but my old thermostat was struggling to sustain a steady temperature before install.
Efficient and thorough with A/C maintenance.
