My 84 year old mother broke her hip. Dr. Bushnell operated on July 4th instead of spending time with his family. He was so kind to both my mother and I explaining the procedure and answering all of my questions. He was the same at her 2 week appointment. So kind and patient. I am so thankful he was the one on call on the fourth of July.
Came for an appointment o was told that was between 830/-845 early like 25 mins early to just to be sure I didn’t miss my appointment then get there to them saying I was scheduled for 3 X-rays with no appointment when this was for a MRI follow up, then waited almost an hour with no one checking to see if I can get seen due to their mistake, then told they have to call to get permission to even schedual me for a later date the following week because I have no other availability this week. Dr Bushnell was amazing. He did a great job with stitching up my hand after cleaning out a bone infection. He was very kind also.
