Came for an appointment o was told that was between 830/-845 early like 25 mins early to just to be sure I didn’t miss my appointment then get there to them saying I was scheduled for 3 X-rays with no appointment when this was for a MRI follow up, then waited almost an hour with no one checking to see if I can get seen due to their mistake, then told they have to call to get permission to even schedual me for a later date the following week because I have no other availability this week. Dr Bushnell was amazing. He did a great job with stitching up my hand after cleaning out a bone infection. He was very kind also.
Doctor Bushnell was very polite and knowledgeable, he took the time to listen, he asked questions to better understand my concerns, and the treatment I received was positive and helpful.
