The man told my contractor that he would be out to grind a stump that was in the way of a fence installation. On two occassions he did not show up. When I phoned, his response was, "no one wants to go out to grind one stump...can't make any money doing that." Then why tell my contractor that he would be out. Gee, sorry I didn't have more stumps to be ground! No wonder the word Lofty is in their name; too lofty to grind a stump for a widow!!

I'm sorry we were not able to meet your expectations. Unfortunately your contractor did not call me when the job was in the planning stages, but he did call me last week after the project was already started. Unfortunately we had rain almost every day since then (3.5") and we had to take care of our clients who had been in the schedule a month or more already when the sun did come out. Poor guys had to work in and around this crazy rainy weather. They did an amazing job and clean up w a great price point. They were all very friendly as well. We definitely would recommend them.
