I just called to ask a question and got a very rude woman on the line who was very nasty and flat out said NO! She wouldn't help, couldn't give me a referral to another dentist . I'll never call this place again for anything!!!

Daughter went in for wisdom teeth. She was attended to with care and with minimal pain she full recovered. The doc followed up and was there from consult to recover. Ironically my other daughter needed work and I went back to Dr Mermer for that. He's friendly, professional, and knows his stuff. They worked with my insurance and I would recommend then to anybody! A+
took my daughter here for wisdom tooth extraction and surgical removal of tissue around 2nd molars

No, it is their way or the highway
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much Is this business handicap-accessible? They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Dr Mermer was the best, he pulled 2 teeth before I relized he was even done. Was so kind and even gentle, had a follow up call leter that night to make sure I was ok and doing everything as directed. My daughter is going there soon to have to wisdom teeth rermoved and had no problem in recommending them to her.
