Dr. Loftus is always so attentive and eases any concerns I may have. I would 10/10 recommend her for any and all procedures anyone may have. I'm actively thinking of another reason to come back :)
Dr. Loftus is caring, knowledgeable, a great listener, and truly expert in her medical arts. From the time of my initial appointment as a much older woman seeking breast reduction and wondering if that was a doable thing at my age, she was reassuring and gave me the confidence to move forward. My experience was happy from beginning to end, and I'd encourage any woman who has questions or concerns about her body to talk to Dr. Loftus.
The most positive experience. I always felt cared about and knew i was in good hands. My results are nothing less than exceptional. Truly one of the most confidence altering experiences of my life.
From the time you walk in to the time you leave, you feel like family. They make you feel very comfortable and do not rush you. Dr. Loftus always spends the time to listen and answer all your questions. The support staff is nothing short of amazing!! I love it here!
From beginning to end, the best possible care from the best people imaginable. Competent and caring, everyone was wonderful. Jodi was very good at juggling post-Covid schedules, and the entire staff is so awesome. My results amazed me, even though I knew their reputation for results. Getting a breast reduction was a LONG time in the works. I had thought about it for probably 10 years before finally finding the right team to do it. I was very frightened and nervous but Dr. Loftus and her staff made me very comfortable. They explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. Results were better than I had hoped for. Very pleased.
A very methodical and straightforward approach which I appreciated. I knew what to do every step of the way. She is a realist and I also appreciated that. Occasionally, a little too direct or rushed in listening to me. Yet, she has proved she know exactly what she is doing! Top Notch results!
