I've been living at the Lofts for about 2.5 years. The board used to be irresponsible and none of the common areas (like the gym or pool) were kept up by the management company. But after the new board changed the management company about 1 yr ago, the building has had great improvements! I totally see the improvements ...we now have all new grills, maintained pools and pool furniture, new equipment at the gym and the staff is a lot more helpful. These improvements were definitely overdue! There's more of a community now too... read more
