amazing place to live. the manager liz is amazing and so easy to deal with. maintenance has always fixed issues quickly. very quiet and comfortable place. perfect size for one person. there is great storage and on top of that new washer and dryer, dishwasher and fridge.
Literally the best place to live in Boone. It’s located on a hill so you don’t hear all the traffic at the bottom. The apartments are spacious and very clean. Liz is a wonderful landlord. The maintenance team was so quick and understanding.
We got very lucky to find an apartment at the Lofts. We looked at a great many places that were more expensive, very much less well-appointed, and much farther from town. Liz, the facility manager, is a gem. Extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and competent.
I had such a great experience, working with Liz and also with maintenance. Every request was quickly addressed and everyone was very helpful. I would definitely recommend the Lofts!
I’ve honestly loved living here. Management, even after the new takeover, has been wonderful. Everyone here is relatively quiet, and since it’s only graduate students and professionals it’s even better. Parking is a bit tight for anyone that doesn’t have a penthouse unit, but it’s not impossible. The one bedroom units are really nice, and definitely larger than others in the area.
