Excellent communication and an overall comfortable place to live. Jason and his team have been on top of maintenance and cleanliness. My only complaint was the trash room tends to get a bit overwhelmed. I found it perfect place to transition from out of state being in my early 20’s. All the utilities work great and if they didn’t, the maintenance team get on it QUICK. The units get A LOT of sunlight, be prepared to invest in AC. The Lofts is a well cared for apartment building, in West Seattle. Management is exceptional as are the tenets.
Management is quick & efficient, and so are the maintenance workers. It's a quiet & clean building as well. This is a wonderful place to live!
I couldn’t be more grateful for Helen’s and D’s help and support. They have made my time at the Loft very enjoyable and safe. I’m very fortunate to be able to rely on them. Thank you!
