The maintenance team is very helpful, communicative, and respectful of property.
I love living here. The property manager and maintenance team are the absolute best. They always respond to requests when something needs fixing and are the nicest people, always looking out for the residents. It’s a great location just off the West Seattle Junction. I hardly ever hear any noise from neighbors. My unit has a large, east facing wall of windows letting in the morning sunlight. Loved living here. View was awesome. Chill and clean. Management was easy to work with. Roof was awesome get away. Super walkable and close to the bus and California Ave. If we didn't have kids on the way would have stayed longer. Thank you!
I have resided here and would recommend this building to anyone. Very efficient, and Jason our building manager does an excellent job communicating with tenants, and always Holiday cheers. This building sits in the heart of West Seattle and is a 5 minute walk to everywhere. All the tenants are very respectful, and friendly.
I lived here for a year and I have enjoyed my time here. Any problems with the apartment has been completed in a timely manner by Helen and D. They are great, kind and welcoming! They have made staying here so much easier especially with how they come and get issues fixed in the apartment. Carrie had also been great she was welcoming and kind whenever showing the apartment and answering any questions that needed to be answered.
