We just moved in Mid October 2025. We looked at a lot of different apartments before we chose Lofts at Terrain. Here is my rundown, I will be updating as the Months go on. 10\31\2025 - -OUTSIDE- -I 2nd the recent review of some issues with the upkeep. I can see they are trying to keep things up and i can understand how hard it is with everything. TLDR: Can never get in touch with property manager, hard to get maintenance scheduled, run down complex that is not well taken care of. When I moved in, the AC was broken and the apartment was disgusting, one of the closet doors was broken and one closet was missing its doors entirely (i had to hire a cleaning lady—there was even a dirty sponge left under the sink from previous tenant).
