After living at the lofts for a short time I decided to buy a home and break my lease. I payed my termination fees and was current on my rent. During the time of moving and cleaning the apartment I had spoke with Brandy and Penny, property manager and regional manager. I have an emotional support animal with documentation from Veterans Affairs. Brandy initially advised not pet cleaning fee because of the ESA and federal law. RecommendedBeautiful complex! The staff is amazing to work with, the building is kept looking like new. There is zero noise from our neighbors. The views are AMAZING. 100% happy to call Lofts at Lincoln Station my home.
Horrible place! First of all, my family and I were stranded in the elevator. Elevators and garage doors are constantly malfunctioning! Few days ago as I was exiting the building, the garage door closed down on top of my vehicle causing expensive damage. When I filed a complaint to the leasing company, they said the video footage showed the door was closing when I drove by; when I asked them to allow me to see the video, they said it was for company use only... so now they are denying to pay for this claim... even though gara... read more
