To say this building is mismanaged would be grossly understating the extent of the problem here, and with Black Swan more generally. It would be more accurate to say that management of this building is completely and utterly absent - and on the rare occasions they do show up, incompetent at best. First - the apartments are shabby, poorly maintained, and overpriced. The hallways and common areas are vacuumed at most, once a month. In the winter and spring they are downright filthy. I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Black Swan Property Management has been bad enough that I feel like other renters deserve a warning. I was charged double rent, and not a single person followed up with me or apologized. I emailed, got no response, and finally had to call in. When someone finally did speak to me, I was told not to pay anything until they adjusted the mistake. I followed their instructions.
