John’s the real deal—honest, dependable, and knows his stuff. I always feel like my truck’s in good hands here. The shop has a relaxed vibe, and seeing the dogs in the lobby is a nice bonus. Definitely recommend!
Couple weeks ago took my car to the dealership, paid $5,400, and still got some issues. They ripped me off hard. Then I brought my car to Lofton through a referral. Dillon Sanders had been the one to do the work on my car. He broke my interior dome light and fixed it with super glue and now my dome light is permanently damaged. I also had some kind of white Crystal Shiney dust on my center console from directly after he worked on it. That boy needs to be fired. He is not a good employee nor an honest one. It's about integrity and honor.
Have used Lofton Motorsports for several vehicles. They are outstanding. Fast, honest, professional. Would highly recommend to everyone.
