My daughter hit some debris on the highway that tore up the bottom of her car. We wanted to get it checked over to see how bad the damage was, and Lofton was able to get us in right away! They checked the car while I waited and have is very good news! They were quick and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely be back next time I need work done. P.S. There are also friendly shop dogs while you wait!
Easily the most honest shop around. Always MORE than happy with estimates provided, turnaround time on repairs, and I always leave feeling confident about repairs and work done! I can’t speak high enough about this shop. John showed genuine care for my mother’s 2010 Buick Enclave. He worked tirelessly to find the Crank/O2 sensor issue and resolved it with expertise. The shop has a relaxing atmosphere, with a few sweet dogs hanging out. They’re just good people. Highly recommended.
Let me tell you a story. I had been in Tulsa overnight and was heading back to Arkansas. It was raining. My “low tire pressure” light came on. I got out, checked all the tires, and one was 10 lbs low. I searched Google for a Walmart Auto center, afraid I had a nail or something. Couple weeks ago took my car to the dealership, paid $5,400, and still got some issues. They ripped me off hard. Then I brought my car to Lofton through a referral. They fixed what the dealership quoted me for $1,700 less than 30 minutes for 100 times less cost. They really know what they’re doing and really good at it. Honest and trustworthy!
