Dr Porter and her staff have always been nice to me and my family. However, both she and her staff showed little compassion when I called due to severe pain and a true dental emergency. First let me say I do not like giving negative reviews, and Dr Porter and her staff have always been nice to me and my family. However, both she and her staff showed no compassion when I called due to severe pain and a true dental emergency. They called said that the person I always saw was going on vacation. I never had any problems, I always went there for over a year. This new person broke my entire protective barrier of methacrylate-based resin made by a professional, and I paid a lot for the treatment. This person broke and removed everything, even though I explained was protective resin, she yelled and said that it was a thick layer of plaque and that I had gum disease. Wow ! I am very impressed on this Dental Practice…. Very clean, organized and highly professional…. All of the staff are exceptional, and I do mean all the staff… The Dentist and her exceptional team are the best I’ve seen yet ! You can tell they all love their jobs and their patients ….
