Kamron is the best property manager ever! The apartments are so cute and adorable, and if ever there's a maintenance issue it is taken care of immediately! The trains are loud, there is no getting around that. But there is good insulation within the walls that keep the noise from adjacent neighbors down and does help to mitigate the train noise. I don't know where all of these positive reviews come from. I'm not the type to leave reviews, but for the nine months that I've been here, there has not been a moment of peace and quiet. The train is absolutely unbearable. You cannot, under any circumstance, have the windows open. The train passes by every 20 minutes 7 days of the week and it's not the kind of noise that you can just get used to. Even with the windows closed, you hear it.
