I used to really enjoy living here, but things have taken a noticeable downturn under the new property manager, Jey. There’s no sense of community anymore — he doesn’t make an effort to meet residents, and the environment feels disconnected. We now receive constant emails about rules, reminders, and bills, even when everything is already paid. It feels like spam and creates an unnecessary sense of micromanagement.
