Me and my partner have been residents of Loft2015 for over 6 years and I can genuinely and happily call this place home. I'm not going to overly fluff my experience here. Yes, you're on the train tracks and Spin is across the street but I never hear my neighbors. The walls are thick enough where unless I have my windows open it's not disturbing. I’m greatly encouraged by the new management Brittnie M. Her attention to details and enforcement of policies and standards are very refreshing. Along with Mr. Joaquin providing support as needed.
We had such a pleasant experience at the Breakfast on the Go resident event! ☕️🥐 It was so nice to see our new manager Brittnie taking the time to connect with us and create a welcoming atmosphere. We truly appreciate having a manager like Brittnie who genuinely cares about the residents and the community. It’s the little things that make a big difference! We’re excited to see all the positive things to come.

I recently had an issue in my unit that urgently needed to get resolved. After notifying the property Joaquin who is our awesome maintenance guy arrived to my apartment very quickly to assess the problem. His professional recommendation was that a specialist was needed and the best person to complete and resolve the issue. Brittanie the current community manager handled the situation very well.
