Lived here for a year and this place has been great! The front office has been amazing, easy to work with and very accommodating even with Covid-19 circumstances. The apartments are spacious. The town homes are BIG (Even though I didn't live in one, but toured one)! New appliances and very modern set up inside. Its the perfect location to Deep Ellum, Downtown, Uptown and Lower Greenville bars. Pool and hangout out spots are small but nice and kept clean! I have had many apartment experiences and Loft Row has given me the best living experience. The office staff and maintenance are quick with responses and provide great customer service. I enjoy the amenities. Every morning I am greeted when getting coffee and then I head to the gym. It’s my second year here and I fully intend on renewing for a third while my new place is being built. Lathan
I've really enjoyed living here. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, the location is great, and the townhomes are beautiful. Just renewed my lease.
I really enjoyed my time at Loft + Row! Great large units & the in-unit garages in my townhome was one of my favorite parts. Felt secure inside the gates and enjoyed the package room protecting my packages. Maintenance and management were great to work with. Highly Recommended!
1 month free isn’t worth the hassle of living here. Will not be renewing my lease.
