We purchased a home in July of 2017. Latina Watts was the selling realtor. She was very unorganized, she did not inform her sellers of what documentation they needed to provide to the title company to close. Our closing was delayed by 2 weeks because Latina did not inform her sellers that they needed to provide the survey or the payoff amount. She was very unprofessional and when we called the Top Realty office they were unresponsive and unwilling to assist. This was a HORRIBLE experience purchasing our first home. I only ho... read more
